  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or tampered with are not eligible for returns.
  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or promotional items are non-returnable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  4. Inspection & Processing: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7–14 business days.

3. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • If a return does not meet our eligibility criteria, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

4. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
  • If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email to [email protected] with:

  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

If verified, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used beauty products
  • Lip gloss, mascaras, eyeliners, and brow gels
  • Press-on nails that have been removed from their original packaging
  • Any personalized or custom-made items
