- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Products that have been used, damaged, or tampered with are not eligible for returns.
- Items marked as final sale, clearance, or promotional items are non-returnable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Refund Policy

- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- If a return does not meet our eligibility criteria, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Lip gloss, mascaras, eyeliners, and brow gels
- Press-on nails that have been removed from their original packaging
- Any personalized or custom-made items
